We're excited to offer a program that supports the growth of junior riders and gives back to the community. We aim to nurture talent, develop skills, and foster a love for mountain biking. While there are some costs associated with racing, we’re committed to making this as affordable as 

possible for families.

• Free Coaching: Our expert coaches are here to help riders improve their skills and performance.
• Free Team Kit: Riders receive a team kit, with the option to purchase additional gear for family and juniors.
• Discounted Bikes & Gear: Team members can access discounted bikes, parts, and services.
• Race Support: We provide race day mechanics and support, with parts not included.
• Training Camps:

• Commitment: We want riders who are committed to improving their skills and working towards better results. We’re not necessarily looking for top-three finishers, but rather riders who put in the time and effort.
• Representation: Team members are expected to represent RNR MTB and RNR Suspension with pride at all events.

While we cover a lot, some costs remain the responsibility of the rider:

• Race entries
• Shuttle days
• Travel expenses to National events (excluding WA)
• Any extra team activities throughout the year

We know the costs of supporting a young rider can add up, and as parents of three riders ourselves, we understand. Our goal is to keep these costs manageable and help as much as possible through our sponsorships.
