Please keep in mind that we want you to have the best experience possible so please take the time to read about the different rides and tracks available, keeping in mind your fitness and mountain biking experience. Not all tracks are suitable for everyone, if you are unsure we recommend you read over our ride and tours or contact us directly.

We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your booking and/or answer your questions. Payment can be made as cash, bank deposit or credit card via pay pal. Please be aware that payment must be made in full before the tour or clinic will go ahead.

Booking Terms and Conditions

No refunds will be given for tours cancelled due to a misrepresentation of physical abilities or existing health conditions. If any client refuses to answer our medical questionnaire Rock and Roll Mountain Bike Tours maintains our right to refuse service without a refund. Questions on the questionnaire refer to physical health, existing medical conditions and experience on a mountain bike

Rock and Roll Mountain Bike Tours takes all care but no responsibility and we strongly recommend customers taking part in one of our tours have full insurance covering any injury they might suffer, including evacuation costs and medical treatment.

We are happy to reschedule rides given 5 or more days notice without incurring any fees, any less time and we maintain the right to charge a re-booking fee of $20 per rider. If a tour can’t be rescheduled we will refund 100% if the 5 days or more notice is provided, however less than 5 days and we will only refund 50%. We reserve the right to cancel bookings and vary itineraries at our own discretion and a full refund would apply. Due to unforeseen environmental factors we reserve the right to vary the itinerary and dates.

Rock and Roll Mountain Biking Tours shall not be held liable for any damage, expense or inconvenience caused by late arrival of our tours so please allow for ride times to vary.
